  • Broken or missing cleanout caps
  • Damaged cleanouts
  • Cleanouts that are not flush with ground level

Immediately report emergencies by calling 843-795-2345.
Emergencies include:

  • Homes and businesses having a sewer backup
  • Sewage spilling outside
  • Open manhole covers
  • Alarms from lift stations or E1/grinder pumps
  • Illegal dumping in manholes/wastewater lines
