Due to Hurricane Irma, our offices will be closed and there will be no garbage or trash collection on the following days:

• Monday, September 11, 2017
• Tuesday, September 12, 2017

Depending on weather conditions, garbage pickup will resume on the following days:
• Wednesday, September 13th
• Thursday, September 14th
• Friday, September 15th
• Saturday, September 16th

The JIPSD’s Emergency Operations Plan is now available here.

Due to Labor Day, JIPSD offices will be closed Monday, September 4th.

There will be a “holiday slide” for garbage and yard debris pickup.

Collection days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Just a friendly reminder: throughout the year, whenever there is a holiday closure

your pickup day will be one business day later than normal.

 

The offices will be closing at 12 p.m. today. All emergency services will be operational.
