Wastewater availability letters are required by Charleston County when a plat is recorded or a building permit is issued. In order for our Wastewater Department to provide you this letter, please complete the information below. It is our goal to provide you with a response within seven business days.

For Restaurants:
– Application for a grease trap
– Copy of the seating chart and menu
– Square footage of the building(s)
– A set of the design drawings.

For All Other Commercial Buildings:
– Number of employees expected
– Square footage of the buildings(s)
– A set of design drawings
