Public notice is hereby given that the James Island Public Service District Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at James Island Fire Station 1 located at 1108 Folly Road Charleston, SC 29412 on the proposed amendments to Section 4.8 Leak Adjustment and Appendix C CWS Treatment Plant Component Impact Fee of the Wastewater Collection System Use and Rate Resolution No. 24-06.
