Pursuant to Section 6-1-80 of the S.C. Code of Laws, public notice is hereby given that the James Island Public Service District Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the James Island Fire Station 1, 1108 Folly Road, James Island, SC on the (1) James Island Public Service District’s operating budget resolution for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and the (2) Wastewater Collection System Use and Rate Resolution.
Public comments, written and oral, are invited.
