As you prepare for spring cleanup, please see important information on debris separation and ordinance allowances below:
1.) All items must be curbside by 6AM on your pickup day.
2.) If you have hired a contractor to work on your property and/or clear your debris, whether for man-made materials or yard debris, it is the contractor’s and/or homeowner’s responsibility for hauling it away.
3.) All electronics and hazardous waste, such as batteries, paint, compressed gas, etc. should be brought to the Charleston County Convenience Center at 1716 Signal Point Road on James Island during their manned hours (Tu-Sa 10am – 6pm). #DebrisSeparation #JIPSDSolidWasteServices #HazMatDisposal #SpringCleaning
