Customer Service

Customer Service serves over 22,000 residents on James Island and is the information highway for all departments; however, its main responsibility is to establish and promote quality service for District customers. Other areas of responsibility include the greeting and reception of callers and visitors; accurate and timely billing of wastewater accounts and responding to inquiries and requests from customers.
